Rebozo therapy

Rebozo is a traditional Mexican scarf. It is a great helper of women throughout life. Using gentle rocking movements, swinging and stretching, it releases tension throughout the body, including the uterine and pelvic ligaments. Mexican grandmothers refer to Rebozo as the extended arms of the heart. For me, it is an integral part of women's grooming. And in my eyes, the greatest miracle I can share with you.

Care of scars

Several factors determine the character of the scar. One of the most important is proper scar care right from the start. This care includes nourishing the scarred area, taping, or pressure massage. My experience has been with scars from a C-section, breast surgery, or a perineal incision. So, mostly with scarring from a metal object incision. I concentrate on properly re-engaging the scarred area into the movement pattern as much as possible. I try to give the scar attention and teach you how to make scar care a daily ritual. This service is designed to teach you at home daily scar care and acceptance of the scar as a new part of the body.

It is possible to use a Shiatsu massage where the client remains clothed, or an oil massage, but most often a combination of the two methods, starting with Shiatsu and ending with oil. Antistress massage

Do you remember that nice feeling when someone washes your head? Not only does it make a head and face massage even more pleasant, but it can also help with a whole host of problems. Headaches, migraines, tension, fatigue, hair and scalp problems are relieved with the help of this massage. During the massage, the blood circulation speeds up and the blood vessels start working better. The brain is saturated with oxygen, tension disappears and the level of attention increases, it also helps against depression and anxiety, sometimes even against insomnia or tinnitus. Before the head massage, we relax the shoulders, neck and throat. Attention is also paid to the face and facial muscles. There are 57 muscles in the neck and face. Relaxing them greatly helps the overall result.

Emotional healing massage

Emotion healing massage includes head, neck, ear, face, chest, abdomen and palm massage. It is performed with targeted long strokes and pressure strokes so as to maximize the shutting down of consciousness, deep feeling and listening to one's own body. It is very similar to anti-stress massage. But it goes deeper and more intimately to emotions and experience. In this massage, it is perfectly acceptable and welcome when there is an outpouring of emotion, whether it is crying or sudden laughter. During an emotional detox, stress, tension, fatigue, frustration, anxiety, worry and other emotional stresses are reduced. It can thus kick-start the body's self-healing processes and is a great element in the prevention of psychosomatic illnesses.

Note: This massage does not replace psychotherapy for clinical diagnoses. It is only an adjunct in mental health care.

Trigger Point therapy

One of the most desirable and effective therapeutic massages can remove painful muscle stiffnesses (Trigger points, TRPs) that cause severe myofascial pain. The massage focuses on the subcutaneous tissue and fascia, relaxing the deep layers of the muscles, especially around the spine or in the brachial plexus of the lower or upper limbs. The deep relaxation and reworking of the muscles removes myogelosis, spasms, muscle hypertonus and restores the natural length of the muscle fibres. Read more...

Massage to support induction of labour

It is a set of techniques to deeply relax and let go of stress. In a homemade and natural way, I aim to increase the feeling of being frothy, to slightly circulate the pelvic area and to encourage the production of my own oxytocin. I combine a tailored combination of birth inducing point massage, Rebozo, sometimes vaginal douching and most importantly I talk to you about your fears or how you are looking forward to having a baby.
When:

  • towards the end of 42tt, when the doctor has already started to consider induction or cesarean section
  • if there are no contractions after the amniotic fluid has drained, and it's 6-23h after the drain

Where:

  • at my place, if you have an escort to drive you after this care
  • at your home
  • at the hospital if your doctor agrees

Note: With this service, it is more than doubly true that you may use it after consulting with your doctor or obstetrician. The reason for this is not the danger of some of these methods, but rather your lack of knowledge of the entire course of your pregnancy if you are seeing me for the first time for this service. It refers to a risk-free pregnancy.
